A deadband applies for reductions between 3.3 to 6.7% (where the company will neither earn an award nor incur a penalty). The company will incur a penalty for less than or equal to 3.3% annual reductions.

Incentive Description
ComEd can receive a total reward or penalty of +/- 5 ROE basis points over the four-year performance period.
